 1. Go to bed early

2. Don't spend a lot of time on the computer/video games

3. Spend a lot of time in the yard

4. Do sports every day

5. You shouldn't eat to many sweets

6. Take care of food, it should be balanced


7. Take care not only of physical, but also of psychological health

8. You can do sports with friends to make it more fun

9. Do various exercises

10. Drink a lot of water

 And most importantly, live to your own satisfaction, you are alone
