How to stay healty

1. You shouldn`t eat many sweets or unhealthy food.

2. You should eat more fruits and vegetables.

3. Do sports of exercises every day.

4. You need to sleep well- it`s very important.

5. You shouldn`t have to sit in one place for a long time.

6. You should walk on the street more often.

7. Practise new sports.

8. Drink a lot of water.

9. Follow the rules of  hygiene.

10. Take vitamins.
