Healthy Habits to Help Protect Against Flu 


            1. Wash your hands regularly and use an antiseptic;

            2. Avoid physical contact with a sick person,

            3. Ventilate the room;

            4. It is enough to sleep, eat a balanced diet and do not forget about physical activity.

            5. Walk more outside;

            6. Take vitamins;

            7. Get vaccinated.
