Naturally, smoking, drugs and alcohol are considered the most harmful habits. These are three great enemies of health. Sometimes their use is the result of a certain stressful situation, and then in some people it becomes systematic and regular. 2. Eat healthy food

Bad habits also include chewing gum, fast food instead of a full meal. These are less harmful habits, so if the final need arises, you can allow yourself a little liberties. The main thing is not to abuse it!
